Every product from Gartnerst is manufactured under the claim of flawless perfection and tested multiple times. If you  still want to return or exchange a product, please contact us in advance.

You can return or exchange any of our products that you bought through this online shop without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You can find more information about your right of cancellation in our terms and conditions under § 9 cancellation policy.

The basic prerequisite for taking back the goods and refunding the full purchase price is that the goods are returned complete and undamaged; Products that have obviously been used and are therefore no longer salable cannot be taken back and refunded.

After we have received and checked the products returned by you, we will either exchange them or refund the invoice amount. A refund of the invoice amount is preferably made in the same way as the payment was made.
