Our shipping and handling overview are intended to address the cost of processing, handling, packing, transporting and delivering the products you purchase. We encourage you to review the following detailed information about our shipping and processing fees.

SHIPPING POLICY:

Merchandise will only be sent to valid street addresses.

 

In-stock merchandise is usually processed and shipped from us within three business days of the order's approval. Excluding weekends and public holidays, orders placed after 11:00 AM CET usually ship the next business day. Please refer to your shipment confirmation e-mail for delivery details.

 

If the selected item is out of stock, Gartnerst Consumer Services Representative will contact consumers so they may select another item or cancel their order. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

We send an order confirmation e-mail after credit approval acknowledging the order is being processed. Once an order ships, a follow-up e-mail from us is sent listing the tracking number and estimated delivery date.

 

We do not process orders on public holidays.

 

All orders are subject to credit approval before they can be fulfilled.

DELIVERY PROCEDURES:

We deliver packages via DHL national and international parcel service and DHL Express. Multiple items ordered at the same time may not always be shipped together. Delivery charges are based on the total merchandise amount per address. Orders with multiple items shipped to the same address may arrive in multiple boxes.

 

We offer two different transport modes of delivery for orders submitted, depending on the shipping country:

 

Transport within the European Union: DHL national and international parcel service

Transport outside the European Union (for e.g. USA, CA): DHL Express

 

We are not responsible for stolen packages or damages or losses that may occur during transit. Please contact DHL/DHL Express directly regarding any problems that may occur with a shipment.

TRACKING:

Track your order through the DHL website using the DHL tracking number provided in your shipment's confirmation e-mail.

DELIVERY TIMES:

National and international deliveries within the EU: 2-4 workdays (DHL standard parcel service)

International deliveries outside the EU, for e.g. USA, CA: 3-5 workdays (DHL Express)

 

The delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed by us.

Within EU:   DHL standard service including Shipping costs

Outside EU:  DHL Express including shipping costs and duties and Taxes. Minimum order value 149,00€

DUTIES AND TAXES:

Duties and taxes which occur for orders outside the European Union – for e.g. shipments to USA or Canada – are included in our product prices and will be paid by Gartnerst.  Customers do not pay for import customs fees.
